This female only program is designed for Mamas looking to start, re-start or more commonly, to jump-start their fitness journey.
With a combination of consistency in training, nutrition and an incredible understanding of the struggles of being a mama with the right motivation and support, there will be no stopping these mamas. We know exactly what you are going through, because we have been there ourselves and ready to help!
We don’t use barbells in this class and can adapt to anyone's level of fitness AND we'll have a lot of fun getting fit pushing eachother!
Strong Mama Classes meet in 6-8 week cycles based off the school year.
