What's Up Team P3 CrossFit!

I'm not big on New Year's Resolutions... They simply don't last...

They don't elicit real change - at least for any real period of time - you fall into the category of the steriotypical New Years Gym-goer.

Most resolutions are extremely un-realistic... I'm going to deadlift 500#, but currently only deadlift 225#...

And baseing your 'goals' off a random point on the calendar allows you to start over, again, again and again...

If it's important enough to you, it's important enough to address it everyday. *Ahem* Nutrition!

What are you going to do in 2016?  How are you going to make that happen?
