7 Pullups
7 Burpees
EMOM for as long as possible...

15 minute minimum. If the athlete fails to maintain pace, finish the round they are on and then decrease the rep scheme for all three movements to 6 and continue at the next minute… continue on like this… going down to 5, 4, 3, 2, 1..
