Cheat yourself or Push yourself. Lets see why you’re really here…
February 10th, 2010
Not for time? How hard did you push yourself when there was no clock running? No whiteboard full of names to compare yourself against and no website spreadsheet with names listed in order of finishing times and weights used. No set RX’d weights?! Did you use a KB that would challenge your abilities? Did you give up on double unders (or even try them) and did singles because it was easier? Did you hold yourself to a set standard on your K2E? I know all of you can’t touch your knees to your elbows just yet but did you bring them up to the same point every time? Did you skip a round of burpees because you thought no one was looking when you slipped off the bar or messed up with the jump rope? The challenge is with yourself and only benefits you.
