This is the only good pic that came from a few awesome firsts today. Lori used a box for the entire WOD! Not to be shown up by Julie who also used a 20 inch box for the first time! Ashlee who has been flirting with her first pullup for weeks now, finally got her chin over the bar! Amy got 5 kipping pullups in a row! Almost everybody has a goal or two up on the white board. But have you honestly figured out how to reach that goal? PRACTICE! A lot of the goals on the board are skill intensive movements, like double unders and kipping pullups. Both of which can easily be solved by doing them EVERYDAY you come into the gym or at home on your off days. Why not come in 5 minutes early and jump rope or practice your monkey skills on the bars. PRACTICE!!!!
