Couple of things…

An article that I really appreciated and can relate to very well, I’m stuck in the complaining stage myself and am laboring through it the best I can… Derailed

And also a video of the lunch time fun during the CrossFit Olympic Lifting Certification.  These guys are damn good at what they do.

    I really like the article on urbangetsdiesel. Its hard to get into a routine with school and work. It seems like when I start making progress, something comes up that throws me off. Great post John, I hope everyone checks it out.

    That’s how I felt when I came back from Ireland. I had to take it slow. Great article, she has a good blog, some other good posts as well. The biggest thing is taking your ego out.
