I really like the article on urbangetsdiesel. Its hard to get into a routine with school and work. It seems like when I start making progress, something comes up that throws me off. Great post John, I hope everyone checks it out.

Certainly something to remember for everyone chasing Yogi on a daily basis…

That’s how I felt when I came back from Ireland. I had to take it slow. Great article, she has a good blog, some other good posts as well. The biggest thing is taking your ego out.
