Strength doesn’t come easy. “The iron never lies.”

At 1:05, this video covers an important part many of you are fighting with.  Also, notice even when the lifter gets to the heavy weight, he does not jerk the bar up nor does he ever ‘cock’ or bounce his body before lifting it.  Its a strong, steady, controlled pull.
