‘Fight Gone Bad’

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

Compare to Aug. 3rd and/or April 27th. Was your score lower or higher? (especially those of you who modified) Did you use heavier weights this time, did you use the big box, what was the difference? Most importantly did you start the workout at the same place you did the last time? Remember the station you start at is the only station that you will consistently get a full minute to perform the exercise. So it should be one of your strongest. However, in a competition or in this un-perfect world, you may not have that choice of where to start, so always be prepared to start at different place. What if you had to draw straws for your starting positions?
